Brad has worked in the building industry since 1992 and became fully qualified in 1996. Vanessa achieved an Honours degree in Engineering from Canterbury University in 1995 and then worked as a professional consultant in the building services industry for 7 years. In 1998 they decided to combine their complementary skills and experience, and start their own building business - initially called Anderson Builders.
In April 2007, the business became a company – Homescape Builders Limited - and Brad and Vanessa utilised this as an opportunity to update the business’s identity. Other than this, the business has not changed in any other way.
